ERA Speeds Up Lead Generation for New Starters

02 January 2014

When launching a new consultancy business one of the most daunting challenges is undoubtedly the prospect of securing your first clients. As part of its commitment to offering support to network partners, ERA has launched a new centralised marketing scheme to help new franchise partners land their first business.

The new initiative looks to identify and contact prospects on behalf of the new franchise partner before their ERA business has even launched. The ERA team puts together a suitable list of potential clients, using the new partner’s industry experience and skills to guide them. This data is then outsourced to be cleansed before a third party telemarketing company secures the appointments.

Dan Ireland, UK Academy Manager and the driving force behind the scheme, explains: “The idea is that when new franchise partners complete their training, rather than entering the market with an empty diary, they walk straight into a number of prospect appointments.”

Following a successful trial of the scheme, it is now available to all new franchise partners. The objective is to speed up the lead generation process for new starters and enable them to get traction in their businesses as quickly as possible.

Dan concludes: “While we’re trying to give our new partners the best possible start to their new business, we want to be very clearl that the scheme isn’t intended to replace any of the marketing work they are doing, but is intended to compliment it. It’s about working together to get things up and running as quickly as possible.”
