I have worked in financial services for 25 years and wanted to move out of the ‘corporate’ world and to do a job how I felt it should be done, which is putting the customer first. Emma and I had a desire to run our own business for some time and to be doing something we both love, which is property and customer service.
Emma, also has many years' experience working in the industry having worked for just under 10 years for Reeds Rains and Halifax Property Services.
After a lot of research of how best we could set up our own estate and letting agents, we chose HomeXperts because we very much liked their approach, their ethos, and their way of doing business, which we felt matched our own way of working. At HomeXperts we put the customer at the centre of everything we do by offering an exceptional level of service and growing a business by word of mouth and customer referrals.
We wanted to grow our business both in terms of property sales and rentals and to date things have gone very well for us, with us having an equal balance of sales and rentals.
The majority of our business has come via word of mouth and referrals, which is a great way of doing business and we care passionately about our clients and helping them move home and achieve their own aspirations.
We have just begun our second year and continued to be very busy right up to Christmas. We look forward to great things in 2014 and to continue to help our customers achieve their goals either by moving house or renting out their property and to growing our business further.
