Fresh Faces at HomeXperts! 7 join and 2 re-sign alongside the growth of their central support team.

HomeXperts is continuing to expand not only their franchise network but also their central support team. They have had 7 new franchisees join the team since March, each one opening a new estate and letting agency in their area.

Wokingham, Chandlers Ford & Romsey, Buxton, Warrington, Stourbridge, Leigh-On-Sea and Lytham St Anne’s will now feature a branch of HomeXperts with a dedicated local agent. The magnificent seven come from all walks of life but have one thing in common, the desire to build and grow their own business under a national award-winning brand.

In addition to this, two veteran HomeXperts franchisees have chosen to continue working with the franchise by renewing their agreements.

The owner of HomeXperts Hitchin, Andy Dodd, expressed his intent going forward with the franchise that now has over 60 franchisees. Mr. Dodd said: “I have enjoyed working with Sussanne and the rest of the team. I have decided to renew my agreement as it is an ongoing business and it suits my future.”

HomeXperts Tipton and Dudley will also continue trading for another term after continued success under the national estate and letting agency brand.

And finally, the HomeXperts central support team has grown once again with the addition of 4 new members of staff!

The highlight of this growth comes in the form of Oliver Thacker. Oliver will take the new position of Business Development Manager, working alongside franchisees to help maintain an exceptional level of estate and letting agency and encourage the progression of their businesses.

Previously working self-employed at an online agency, Oliver knows exactly what it takes to work successfully for yourself in the property industry. He said “HomeXperts is a flourishing company with great values and prospects. Their ambition attracted me more than anything else. I look forward to working alongside a growing franchise network to progress and maintain their businesses.”

The HomeXperts Call Centre team has also grown to ensure our franchisees never miss a business opportunity. Trained on sales and lettings software, they take calls and register public interest when you can’t.
