Computer Troubleshooters Franchise Expands To New Offices.

10 October 2016

CT Business Solutions, part of the Computer Troubleshooters Franchise, and Gem Business Support, a PA and Admin support company have up until July this year been building their respective businesses from home.

After a very busy two years, and continued business growth, it was necessary to look for premises to house the ever expanding team. Purchasing offices in July meant that Eric and Gill Arnott, now have 4,000 sq. ft. of space to house their growing businesses, on Chesham Fold Road, Bury.

CT Business Solutions have been heavily involved in the Bury community and it was a given that the offices would be in Bury.  Managing Director Eric Arnott had to say “The last two years have shown amazing growth for CT. From my wife Gill getting involved in the marketing, and our integration with the Bury business community we’ve grown rapidly”.

“It’s not been an easy journey. We had hoped to move into premises in March but at the last minute we were gazzumped!   It was a shock and a massive set-back, as we were literally a couple of weeks off completion.  We employed AFG Solicitors Bury for the conveyancing, and they helped pick up the pieces and get us back up on track. The support from the Bury business community has been amazing”.

On 23rd September CT & GEM held the official office warming party, and threw open their doors and welcomed over 70 people to help them celebrate.  The Worshipful The Mayor Mike Connolly, and his Consort Ian Hargreaves, joined Gill & Eric on the evening, with The Manchester Community Pipe Band playing bagpipes (CT Technical Director Darren McGuff is a band member). There was also cake, balloons, and copious amounts of prosecco.

Plans for the new offices include ‘Bury Hot Desking’ which will utilise the 2nd floor.  Already home to local businesses Connect 2 Bury and Social Assist, the plan is to build up a high energy group of small businesses looking for space to work, and also to grow their own network within Bury.

Gill Arnott had to say “There are so many people to thank. The energy and support in Bury has been completely overwhelming.  We’re excited about the future. We’ve just been shortlisted for the MIBBA awards. CT for technology and GEM for start-up. All I can say is picking up an award would be the icing on our cake for 2016”.
