Former teaching assistant Sue Day celebrates her first anniversary as a franchisee

31 July 2015

Former Teaching Assistant Sue Day is celebrating the first anniversary of running the Wagging Tails Surrey and West Sussex  franchise.

Over the last 12 months Sue has seen her business go from strength to strength as over 200 dogs have used the service. Talking about her experience running the business Sue said,

“Having used the Wagging Tails service as an owner, I thought it was wonderful service for my dogs. I was so impressed with the way the service was run, and as the time was right for me to make a change and take on a new challenge I took over the running of the RH postcode territory myself.”

“My initial training was excellent and I have the continual back up and support of head office which is always very reassuring”.

Owners have been unanimous in their praise for the service that Sue offers. Anne from Surrey commented,

”I am very impressed with the dog boarding service provided by Wagging Tails and would certainly recommend to other dog owners. Sue was very professional, helpful and supportive in finding care at quite short notice for Bambi and Teddy whilst we were away on holiday on two occasions recently.”

Sue is already taking bookings for Easter and summer 2016.
