Bright & Beautiful are proud to announce that Chester franchisee; Silviu Bompa, has won Franchisee of The Year at the annual Neighbourly® 2022 ‘Stronger Together’ reunion.
The annual event hosted by Neighbourly® UK, brought together over 350 franchise business owners, across six Neighbourly® brands, to network, enjoy inspirational talks from high profile guests and to celebrate achievements of its franchisees. Awards were given to various franchise business owners as recognition for their hard work over the past year, where they have had to wrestle with both running a successful business and of course the pandemic.

Swapping a career in hospitality for housekeeping, in just six short years, Silviu Bompa has taken his franchise business from strength to strength, amassing a number of awards for the quality of services provided by his team and himself, and an enviable reputation online with 4.9 and 5 star ratings across multiple review sites, including Yell.
Following the announcement of the award, Silviu Bompa had this to say: “Well what can I say… I truly believe that the support of the network has been for me the “thing” that has given me the strength to carry on in my early days. I was ready to give up after my first year, but when you see that you are not alone and that other franchise business owners have felt the same, or experienced similar challenges, and yet have built very successful businesses, then I said to myself “if someone else can do it, I can do it too”.
