Maree hit the ground running with in-toto Kitchens

25 June 2015

in-toto Amersham was originally opened in 2006 and then became a Franchise resale opportunity in 2011. Maree took the opportunity, which came with an excellent record of customer feedback. "Straight away, I felt that the idea of running a showroom with just one person was not a good idea."

So, Maree built a team of three to provide customer service over six days a week.  "Instantly, there was a massive increase in footfall and within two months, we had sold the same number of kitchens as the previous owner had done in six months."

Maree and her team have built an excellent reputation for superb design and outstanding customer service.  in-toto Amersham is a small but perfectly formed kitchen design studio that welcomes constant footfall through its doors.  The team, which has now grown to five full-time and three part-time staff members, provides a friendly but professional service and have recently been awarded 'Best of Houzz 2015' for kitchen design, on what is one of the hottest home ideas websites - a testament to the quality of Maree’s work.

in-toto Amersham has been such a great success that Maree has developed her business by offering an interior design service and has now opened a second, much larger in-toto studio in Marlow.  Maree's success story with in-toto Kitchens has been featured in the ekb-business Magazine and one of her customer kitchens was featured on Channel 4's show - Sarah Beeny ‘Double Your House For Half The Money'.

“Being part of a Franchise has helped so much, especially in the early days.  The support with product training and marketing materials meant I could more easily hit the ground running and achieve business growth much more quickly.”

“Knowing the in-toto brand after working as a property developer, I respect German products and their quality. in-toto could offer me immediately what might have taken me many years to establish on my own.”
