After many years working in office based customer service jobs I realised that I wanted to start my own business. Having no experience whatsoever I decided to look into buying a franchise and made tens of enquiries on several different websites. 

These franchises ranged from specialist chocolate franchises to gardening franchises.  

I spoke to several franchisors but the pet food franchise stood out to me purely because it is more recession proof compared to the others and I love animals.  When I first spoke to Fahim at Husse, he was very responsive to my questions and gave me a good overview of what to expect.  Other franchisors didn't go into as much detail.  The initial meeting with Fahim and Dr Majid was very productive, the more I learnt about Husse the more I liked.  I took a substantial list of questions, all that were answered to my satisfaction.  After the meeting they presented me with some things to read as well as some samples (which went down very well).  After having meetings with other franchisors, more questions sprang to mind, Fahim's responses to my emails were prompt and gave me enough information to make my mind up.  One contract signing and one franchise fee later here I am and I can't wait to get started.
