Bryan's feedback

19 September 2013

I have worked in corporate IT for over 30 years and it has come for time for a change.

If you are familiar with the Dilbert cartoon strip you will know and love some of the absurdities of existing in a large organisation. In any job that you do there will always be things that you don't like doing but the good times outweigh the bad. For me that is no longer the case and it's time to leave the collar and tie behind and try something new. Also, if you go to the science museum there is an exhibit showing a "state of the art" computer room from the mid 1970's; That's where I started - in a warehouse that had to be refrigerated so as to cool the processors.

I made a list of what I am good at. I am good at talking to people; I am good at presenting complex information to people unfamiliar with its complexities; I like being in front of people; and I enjoy doing the simple things that make people go "Wow, that's fantastic!!"

I also knew that I didn't want to leave one corporate giant for another and franchising seemed to be the way forward.

I have a German Shepherd and 3 cats at home. When out and about with puppy it's amazing how easily other people strike up conversations and how easy it is to get them offer up quite revealing aspects of their lives.

Then an advert for Husse popped up in my mail and I umm'ed and ahh'ed and I thought, well why not?

Since making contact with the Husse team they have been very supportive. Dewan has been patience personified. Any question I have had has been answered thoroughly and Dr Majid took time to explain the products and their target market. Both made making my decision to join Husse a simple one in the end.

In short I have joined Husse for the opportunity to exploit the skills that I have garnered over the last 30 years and to work on the potential of a large reward against the known and steady reward of the corporate work place.
