With over 25 years in retail, working for some of the leading companies around the world, I tired of the corporate world of shareholders and board members. As a nature & wildlife lover, pets had always been a part of my life and eventually I found myself fundraising for the RSPB.  Enjoyable as it was (and certainly helping a charity has a feel good factor with it) I did feel I needed a bigger challenge.

Over the years my wife and I have owned our own businesses (5 to be exact - but not at the same time!) so we knew it was ultimately what we would be doing again, however I wanted to go via the way of a franchise as it has several benefits. I had been watching the market place for some time, after narrowing the field down and meeting with various companies I decided there was only one that matched my own drive and passion and joined Husse.

Why Husse? Several things contributed, the experience they have gained over 25yrs of trading - worldwide! The passion of the team that will be supporting me,  the experience and knowledge of each individual in that team, and also the quality of the product.  After having a one on one presentation with the UK team, understanding the manufacturing process and the quality of ingredients we were sold on the concept.  In fact I had to persuade my wife not to eat the product, she was so impressed she wanted to try it!

As pet owners and lovers we know we are dealing with a product that we can honestly recommend and of course now feed it to our own pets, and yes I have noticed a difference in them.

I noted that another franchisee, George, commented on the coffee at the office, I'm a tea drinker and can honestly say - it depends on who makes it, the guys in the office know exactly who I am referring to!

It is early days but I have no regrets at all.
