Century 21 UK, the estate and letting agency franchisor and part of the world’s largest residential estate agency organisation, has today (11th September 2013) opened a brand new branch, Liverpool South, in Woolton Village, Merseyside.
The franchise is owned by Liverpool locals, Dan Pennington and Ian Ambrose, who have lived in the City all their lives and are entrepreneurs with a wealth of property market experience. Dan has operated in the international property market for many years, matching international buyers and sellers.
The Century 21 UK Liverpool South branch will provide sales and lettings services in the local area, as well as international property sales and investments. The office will focus primarily on local buyers and sellers however it will also service all types of clients from first-time buyers to landlords and investors across all areas of Liverpool.
All staff at the branch will be focused on providing excellent customer service with a professional and target-driven sales approach to ensure all houses are sold or let in a timely manner.
The Liverpool South branch is different to other local agencies as it offers 100% accompanied viewings by professional experienced staff and delivers a unique ‘one-touch’ approach where the client will deal with the same employee or associate throughout the whole process. The individual that takes the instruction looks after the owner and handles all viewings and enquiries providing both continuity and confidence for the seller or landlord.
