Cowan & Rutter, the leading Chelsea-based property agents, has today (14th January 2015) rebranded its residential property services arm, CENTURY 21 COWAN & RUTTER, as it becomes part of the CENTURY 21 UK network - the fastest growing estate agency franchise in the UK.
CENTURY 21 COWAN & RUTTER is active in the residential market covering areas within Fulham SW6 and Chelsea, SW10. It will offer a range of sales, lettings and property management services for clientele and is looking to build upon its existing expertise in the sector.
The venture will encompass CENTURY 21 UK’s unique residential approach to estate agency whereby clients deal with one person at the office for all their property affairs and for each aspect of their transaction.
All CENTURY 21 COWAN & RUTTER properties will be available to view on the CENTURY 21 UK website as well as the global website.
