CENTURY 21 UK, the fastest growing agency franchise in the UK, has today (13 ^th May 2015) announced the opening of its latest office in Herne Bay, Kent.

CENTURY 21 Praediis opened its doors at an official launch event held on Thursday 7 ^th May and will provide agency services including sales, lettings, property management, commercial property and much more.

At the launch event, CENTURY 21 Praediis welcomed family, friends, local businesses and dignitaries to celebrate and welcome their launch into the Herne Bay property market.

CENTURY 21 Praediis is owned and run by Gould & Smith Ltd and its owners, Jack Smith & Samuel Gould.
