Team up with Auditel Management Franchise

18 July 2011

Barcelona is not the only winning team at the moment.

Auditel, the UK’s premier cost and purchase management consultancy franchise is also receiving praise. Established in 1994, Auditel is not only the UK’s premier network in this field but the most adaptable. They too have the ability to build expert teams. However, their goal is to deliver outstanding services across the full range of business expenditure and thereby significantly augment their clients’ own in-house capability.

The Auditel Network now stands at over 200 cost and purchase management specialists each of whom is trained in Auditel’s award-winning systems and tools. This background facilitates access to a vast range of industrial and commercial expertise and strong, but independent supplier relationships.

Each of these teams is captained by a dedicated Auditel project leader. Their role is to work with the client and team members alike to ensure that delivery of each individual assignment follows the agreed process and timescales. Uniquely, Auditel’s clients span every sector of the economy and range in size from multi-nationals to museums and from national charities to local manufacturers.

Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls is part of a family of five schools across three sites in Monmouth, providing education for boys and girls from three to 18. Tessa Norgrove, the School’s Bursar, was first introduced to Auditel in late 1999 by Claire Power-Browne and her Business Partner, Steve Ray. Shortly after the working relationship started, the lead consultants, Claire and Steve, complimented their own strengths by drawing on a wealth of expertise and invited their Auditel colleagues Ravi Khakhria and Denis Brennan to assist them.

So far, Auditel have reviewed the School’s gas, electricity, landline and mobile communications expenditures and found savings up to 22% in these areas by moving the School onto more appropriate contracts and tariffs. In addition, they have recovered over £43,000 of incorrectly applied electricity charges. Denis – an Ex-IT Director - is now analysing their IT management structure and service provision across the three sites. Going forward, Auditel have been invited to review additional categories, including Stationery and IT Consumables as well as Janitorial Supplies.

While Monmouth is not exactly the Nou Camp, the Auditel team has clearly won plaudits on a different playing field. Here is what Chris Jones, the School’s Finance and Administration Manager says: “I’ve had a lot of direct contact with the Auditel team over the past year and am extremely pleased with the service they’ve provided. Everybody we deal with is very professional and a delight to work with.”
