The latest Jobs Outlook survey from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation showing that employer confidence is at an all-time high has been welcomed by Select Appointments, a leading recruitment franchise business.

The March report from REC reveals that the proportion of employers who plan to increase headcount is at the highest levels since the survey began in March 2011.  It also showed that nearly half of all employers (48%) intend to increase use of agency workers in both the short and medium term and more than three-quarters of employers plan to take on more permanent staff.
