Promedica24 celebrates record growth in 2016!

03 January 2017

In less than 12 months, Promedica24 has welcomed 18 Franchise Partners to its network, tripled its team of qualified Care Managers, doubled the size of its UK based admin team and opened five new offices from Swindon to Glasgow!

Despite already being Europe’s largest live-in care provider, Promedica24’s was a relative newcomer to the UK franchise industry in 2015. Since then, the company’s expansion has been carefully co-ordinated with regional offices being opened with strategic precision across the country. From each new regional centre, Care Managers and Franchise Development Managers (FDMs) are able to work closely with local franchisees. This ensures that Promedica24’s seamless placement of carers and levels of both customer and franchisee support are maintained to the highest standards.

The opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives and build a successful business continues to attract ambitious, compassionate professionals, young and old, who seek to challenge the UK care system and offer a genuine alternative to residential care homes. Many have experienced poor quality care first-hand with their own loved ones and are determined and passionate about making an impact in their local communities.

“When I found the Promedica24 franchise, it really resonated with me. Here was a company doing things right; offering people a chance to live at home and be treated with respect. Of course I wanted to be a part of it! It was a no-brainer for me,” said Brett Norman, Leeds North franchisee.

Franchise Partners, new and existing, benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience that Promedica24’s expert FDMs, John Wilberforce and Krishma Vaghela, bring to the table.

Former Carewatch franchise support manager, John, has over 20 years’ in both the care sector and franchise industry. He understands that when it comes to running a care business, attention to detail, quality service and support of the highest standard are integral for business growth. Having previously operated a Pitman Training franchise herself, Krishma is perfectly placed to guide Promedica24 business owners through their franchising journey.

“The wealth of knowledge in the business is obviously one of the reasons why I chose franchising as a route to business ownership. My training and the support I’ve received already since then just confirms to me that my decision was definitely the right one!” Nick Pope, Newcastle franchisee.

The franchise network, now 21 strong, continue to challenge the UK care system with Promedica24’s person-centred, one-to-one live-in care service.

“We’re excited for the future and I’m confident that 2017 is going to be an even bigger and better year for Promedica24, our franchisees and our clients. The difference we make in people’s lives is something we’re all exceptionally proud of. From the team here in the UK to the operations and recruitment centres in Europe, our mission is to be the largest provider of live-in care in the UK by 2018 – and we’re well on our way.” Dan Archer, UK Managing Director.
