Why they came to MJB:

AVC was introduced to us by one of our strategic partners, a HR consultancy ran by Zameer. The reason for the introduction was that as a business AVC was really struggling to convert the majority of their leads.

They were getting about 6000 views to their website a month, and yet only getting 10-15 surgeries a month. They wanted help in how to pitch their prospects more effectively and how to also run an effective sales process- to increase their conversion.

They were in a serious situation where they needed to increase sales!

The owner, Mr Pillai also wanted help in how to keep the staff motivated and also how to grow the team and train them manage themselves effectively so that they could run the business without him needing to be there. 

What MJB did for them:

We started working with AVC in September 2013. We initially began by running a 4 months bespoke sales training program whereby we trained their staff on the basics of how to sell and how to pitch effectively.

We then helped them to recruit new sales staff and to replace sales management at the company. This was part of the project to help them have a more dynamic and efficient sales operation! We also then incorporated a bespoke training program to help maintain the staff development at the company.

Finally we now operate as their non-exec sales directors helping them on a monthly basis with any sales issues and also continuing to train and develop the team in all areas of sales, motivation and leadership.

The results:

Since September 2013 we have helped take AVC from £1.75mill turnover to over £2mill. We have also developed a team environment which is positive and dynamic.

An increase of £250,000!

More importantly by implementing simple management systems the team is now able to manage itself and to consistently hit and achieve the sales targets monthly.

The team looks forward to the training as they see it as an investment not only for the business but also in themselves.
