Their situation at the time: they had a yearly turnover of £50k, there were 2 people in the business.

They had a fantastic product, as the technology their windows use are very unique and cancel up to 98% of outside noise!

What MJB did for them:

We took them on our 6 months exclusive MJB. We ran a 1 day bespoke sales planning day. Where we covered all areas of their sales process, sales strategy and sales pitch so that they could grow effectively.

One of the fundamental areas we covered was how they could build a self sustainable network of strategic partners to supply them with work. This has now become their main channel of leads and deals.

We also took them on weekly sales calls and monthly meetings to help monitor their progress and development. 

The results:

After 7 months on our program they have gone from £50 k a year turnover to now achieving £50 k a month in new sales figures!

They have recruited 2 interns and an admin and have a small team of installers and are also about to recruit and expand their sales team!
