Mac Tools’ Germaine Ash bfa Female Franchisee of the Year Finalist

23 May 2017

Germaine Ash has just been announced as a finalist for the British Franchise Association (bfa) Female Franchisee of the Year Award; the winners will receive their awards at the bfa Conference in June.

This is an extremely prestigious accolade and Mac Tools is proud of Germaine’s achievements during her time as their franchisee, based in Redditch.

“Germaine is an amazing person and this selection reflects the commitment and determination she displays as she drives her business forward, looks after her family and builds her future,” explains Maria Batchvarova, Brand Marketing Executive A&I

The bfa Female Franchise of the Year Award showcases and celebrates female franchisees who demonstrate passion, drive and commitment that has led to exceptional results.

This year’s bfa awards for both Franchisors and Franchisees will be held together for the first time at their Annual conference and looks set to be an amazing night.

Competition has been intense and Germaine retains her focus on what she wants to achieve.

“I love being part of Mac Tools and having the flexibility and autonomy of running my own business. I’m passionate about the job. I’m very much driven to provide for my family and build a future that I can enjoy.”

Mac Tools were also proud to nominate Claudio Zanobini and Jamie Houston who have shown exceptional performance in their nominated categories.

Mac Tools is part of Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest hand and power tools manufacturer, a $12 billion organisation.

The company is a full member of the bfa and offers a combination of a tool franchise and a van franchise. Franchisees are trusted distributors of, what are considered to be, the best tools on the market to customers such as car dealerships, automotive repair shops, manufacturing units and engineering companies.
