Mac Tools welcomes new Franchise Recruitment Manager

Award-winning tool franchise, Mac Tools, is excited to welcome Chris Magson as the latest addition to our franchise recruitment and support team. Chris has worked in Mac Tools’ general accounting team for the past ten years, most recently as Stanley Black & Decker’s UK IAR Commercial Finance Manager. 

 

Mac Tools is part of Stanley Black & Decker, a $11+ billion global organisation employing over 30,000 people worldwide and owner of the world famous Stanley Black & Decker, Britool Expert, Facom and DeWalt brands. Chris used to be responsible for Mac Tools’ financial statements and played an essential role in making sure that Mac Tools has a solid financial backbone. In his new role as Franchise Recruitment Manager, Chris will be responsible for managing and further developing the Mac Tools franchise recruitment department. He will guide prospective franchisees through the exciting process of setting up their Mac Tools franchise and provide assistance with the challenges involved when starting a business.

Providing comprehensive training to franchisees and members of staff is at the heart of Mac Tools’ success. Even though Chris already knew the business well, he received in-depth training to provide him with the knowledge and skillset needed for his new role.
