Not only passionate: Authentic.
Olio & Farina is an Italian company specialising in the selection, production and offer of top quality Italian cuisine.
The company manages a growing network of deli-café-shops in Italy, France, United Kingdom and Ireland, which offer only the most authentic Italian cuisine.
All the products are either produced by Olio & Farina in its 110 hectare estate in Tuscany near Pisa or sourced from small, artisan suppliers which have been selected by O&F experts for their commitment to quality.
The company's mission is to offer premium quality cuisine, through our own production as well as selected small artisan producers so as to keep the quality and authenticity associated with our Italian traditions, and our lifestyle commitment to our difference from mass produced products.

Franchising: Three Revenue Streams
We offer three main revenue
streams to our franchisees:
- Retail - This is divided between sales from café and the shop, even though customers often tend to buy from both. Promotions, marketing initiatives and in-store events are continuously implemented to bring about customer loyalty and satisfaction and improve sale performances.
- Corporate - generated by business-to-business sales. After spending years in this field, Olio & Farina now possesses a strong know how, which is made available to its partners and detailed in the Operating Manual. The company strategy for Christmas is presented to partners during the previous summer.
- Internet - coming from the store section on the Olio & Farina website.
Franchisees benefit from the sales generated in the territory which is assigned to them. The website, constantly reviewed, is looked after by our team of experts with the utmost care.
We are looking for franchisees who share a passion for food,
with the drive to own and operate a successful business.
