The All Trades Network Franchise offers
a building repair service to insurance companies. The UK insurance
industry is the largest in Europe and the third largest in the
world*. It pays out a staggering £74 million per working day
in general insurance claims (this figure excludes life assurance

Tried and Tested
The company on which the network is based, All Trades
(GB) Ltd, was formed in Lancashire in November 2002. During the
first two years of operation, the company experienced a cumulative
turnover in excess of £3 million. The founding partners, Keith
Roberts, Clifford Whitehead and Michael Gibson, have over 25 years
combined experience of the insurance claim generated building
repair market. They are fully conversant with its business cycle
and the importance of solid relationships with the insurance
companies.
It is this strong strategic relationship, which All Trades is
developing into anational response coverage through franchised
partners. To support this, our franchising arm, All Trades
(Network) Ltd., was formed in 2004.
The Opportunity
The All Trades
opportunity is essentially a Management Franchise
Work instructions are received at our Central Head Office and
administered to the Franchisee by geographical area. It is the
Franchisee's role to manage their team and fulfil the needs of the
insured parties and the insurance companies.
From the outset, each new instruction is treated as an opportunity
to provide frank, honest advice and we are committed to providing
an efficient service and good workmanship. The tradesmen doing the
work have to be skilled and trustworthy, ensuring the insurance
company can provide a twelve-month guarantee on the work.
The earnings potential
Franchisee earnings are dependent on the combined efforts and
tenacity of the franchisee and the franchisor. Insurance approved
repair schedules allow a healthy margin provided time scales are
adhered to. Enquirers will be provided with income projections and
other financial details to enable them to discuss the opportunity
with their professional advisors.
The start-up costs
Prospective Franchisees will be required to invest £15,000
plus working capital provision for an agreed franchised territory.
A complete breakdown of this investment will be supplied to
qualified applicants. Details of the Franchise Package will also be
supplied.
Training
We will provide training in all aspects of running an All Trades
Franchise. The All Trades Operations Manual, on loan to Franchisees
for the duration of their trading licence, outlines our business
practices. These skills and procedures, along with determination
and an ability to communicate at all levels, are key to a
successful All Trades business.
ATOMS
To operate their business, Franchisees receive access to ATOMS
(All Trades Operating Management Software). This software has been
developed to fulfil the specific requirements and needs of All
Trades.
Location
We are seeking Franchisees throughout the United Kingdom.
