2. Self-Employed Owner-Operators

To operate under the self-employed model NO previous experience in beauty therapy is required. 

We have designed a bespoke package of services which cover all of the different areas required to launch your new business enabling you to open a permanent hair reduction centre in a short period of time:

Administration:We provide information and support for: Identifying appropriate insurances. Help finding the right premises, lease negotiation. Compliance with all legal requirements for operation (following guidelines set by the Care Quality Commission and registration). Support in hiring staff and initial selection process Centre Outfitting: We supply the specifications and source the materials for the interior of each centre and managing the process Artwork for signage and printed material

Equipment:

• All the equipment required including IPL Equipment, two light guides of 695nm for hair removal, electric beauty chair and more.
• One month’s supply of consumables.
  

Training:

• Full training and documentation to support all staff as well as the business owner.

Operating costs: 
Each month there are three main costs to be considered (apart from staff):
    

• Consumables for treatment: these costs depend on the number of treatments given but normally work out at 10% of the sale amount. DepiCool benefits from cost-savings by buying centrally, and passing savings onto our franchisees.
• Royalties: £250 to support franchisees, give assistance, visit the premises, network emulation, on-going training etc.
• Marketing fee:£300 to support customer generation, all marketing and advertising campaigns.
