About Us

All the members of the Little Softies team are dedicated parents, who not only want to earn money while fitting work round their kids, but want to share the amazing idea of soft play parties specifically for babies and toddlers.

We’ve also all experienced the challenge it can be to take our children to major celebrations and still find the time to finish a conversation with our friends or sit down for a whole meal. In fact, Little Softies was created by two thoughtful Mums to solve such issues… and it works!

Because we work for ourselves we can be very flexible, and provide a friendly contact with whom to discuss your individual needs. Because of our ethos of being a community of like-minded parents offering a personal service, we’re more than just a business, we’re an ideal. We always find pleasure and pride in providing you with a simplistic way of making your little ones so happy. After all, we’re not just a name... we are actually just little softies at heart.

Your Role as an Agent

All of our Agents are parents who fit their business around their home life, so you can expect a large amount of flexibility, although it is still hard work.

The head office team will always be at the other end of a phone line or email, but you will be responsible for quite a lot as the Agent for your area. With large territories available, you can expect queries for every type of party from a small family affair to a large corporate outing, so you must be flexible and a people person.

Your role will also involve:

• Liaising with clients to find a package to suit their needs.
• Organising delivery, set up and collection of soft toys.
• An awareness of what packages suit christenings, weddings, playgroups and other clients
• Building relationships with local NCT groups, nurseries, hotels etc

 The Financials

What you can earn as a Little Softies licensee is, in the final analysis, up to you: how hard you work and how gifted you are. It’s no different to anything else. But you’ll be surprised at how the numbers can stack up.

Your territory will have a population of approximately 100,000 people.

In 2011, the UK birth rate was 12.27 births per 1000 people. Therefore in your “patch” there will be approximately 1227 new births every year!!! Little Softies is perfect for first, second and third birthday parties which equates to 3681 (3 x 1227) potential parties EVERY YEAR!!

Along with weddings, christenings and other gatherings, all Little Softies licensees will have at least 5000 potential parties to provide equipment for every year.

If you supply to just 4% of the potential parties on your “patch” you will generate in the region of £16000.00 turnover in year one (the average Little Softies party costs £80.00). 

Other potential revenue streams include nurseries, NCT groups, stay ‘n’ play, hotels, church groups, charity events, fetes, family fun days and parks to name a few.
