nxo
training and
support
A comprehensive training programme is provided to facilitate the
successful set-up and operation of your nxo
consultancy. Training takes place at the nxo
Hub over an initial two-day period, where consultants learn about
the nxo day-to-day operations, and the functions of
nxo.
The topics covered throughout the training range from a background
about the company to a reflection on your personal profile, as well
as the operational issues such as I.T. functions, administration
& pricing, and the job production process.
All consultants are provided with comprehensive, on-going,
one-to-one mentoring and attend regular (quarterly) forums where
they can meet and share experiences. The nxo
Hub also provides a centralised call handling/message taking
service, branded templates and documentation.
The Network
The nxo network has the added benefit of providing
links between fellow consultants who have a vast array of
individual sector experience and skills. This unique
‘knowledge pool’ means that consultants can call on the
experience of other consultants to win new clients.
The nxo client base ranges from SME’s to
blue chip. nxo consultants’ mixture of
experience provides a strong selling-point when pitching for new
clients, as there is enough support in the network to cater for the
needs of the potential client, even if the area is not an
individual consultants specialty. Projects vary from small or
one-off requirements for start-ups to full outsourcing of the
marketing function.

The Investment

The nxo licence fee starts at £15,000 + VAT which will give you access to a defined territory for 3 years with an option to extend at no additional cost for a further 3 years. This investment also covers all induction training, your stationary starter pack, access to the nxo intranet and proprietary systems, business development support. There is no further mandatory minimum investment other than your requirement for working capital. There is a 15% management fee based on turnover.
