Franchise Summary A Greene King Meet & Eat Franchise is for 10 years on a rolling basis. Food and drink is supplied by Greene King distribution channels, taking advantage of our scale and buying power and providing attractive cost prices. Gaming machines are supplied by Greene King on a 50/50 profit split. We pay 50% of the ongoing cost for Sky, electronic music and entertainment systems. Financial Information

Greene King Meet & Eat franchise pub entry costs are £85,000 for the franchise package, with a trade deposit of £5,000 and working capital of £15,000, variable depending on the particular site. Financing is available.

Ongoing costs include rent, an ongoing Franchise Fee of 8 per cent on net turnover and a Marketing Support Fee of 2 per cent.

In return, the franchisee can expect to generate an estimated annual profit of £40 – 45,000.
