The information specialist’s Care Compliance Monitor for homecare will be updated every quarter. Laing & Buisson say that the monitor tool fills the void left when the CQC ended the star rating scheme in 2012.

Commenting on their performance, Trevor Brocklebank CEO said, “We are totally focused on providing the highest quality of care for our clients. The work we do assures the safety and wellbeing of our clients and brings peace of mind to their families.

“It is gratifying to see this recognised by a leading industry organisation in this analysis of CQC performance.

“Our number one position bears testament to the dedication, commitment and hard work of our franchise owners and their care teams across the country who strive on a daily basis to improve the lives of the elderly, assisting us to achieve our mission of changing the face of ageing.

”This latest accolade confirms that we are well on our way to becoming the UK’s most admired care company.”

Home Instead Senior Care is fast approaching 150 franchised offices in the UK. They are leading the way not only for the quality care they provide, but for their successful business model and the support they provide to their franchisees.
