We’ve ranked 56 on the Sunday Times 100 List

29 February 2016

Home Instead Senior Care’s National Office - the home of our Leadership Team and the experts who support our franchisee’s business journeys - has ranked No 56 on the Sunday Times 100 List.

We’re incredibly proud of our ranking in the Best Small Companies to Work For category, a prestigious marker of the most robust employee engagement.

We’re the only homecare provider to feature in our Sunday Times 100 band and have been praised for our open culture and real family feel.

The listing follows on from our 3 star accreditation in the annual Best Companies™ survey.

As the support hub for 175 franchises in our UK-wide network - our Warrington-based National Office is home to our exemplary Executive Team who lead our bespoke homecare brand’s mission to change the face of ageing.

It’s also the base for the experts that support our franchise owners’ growth across Business Planning, Training and Development; Care Quality and Standards; IT, Finance, Legal and Marketing.

Our Best Companies report highlights that our employees believe the firm makes a difference (91%) and say working for it is anything but boring (86%).

The Sunday Times 100 Listing reflects the cream of Britain's happy and motivated workforces each year. The methods of data-gathering and analysis employed in the quest to find the country's Best Companies to Work For mean that the lists are widely acknowledged as the most extensive research into employee engagement carried out in this country. Results are based on the Best Companies Index (BCI) score, which follows an employee survey that probes: Leadership, Wellbeing, Giving something back, Personal growth, My manager, My company, My team, Fair deal.

All the scores and ratings that are assessed to compile the lists are based on employee opinions, and each year the questionnaires are revised and updated to reflect current workplace concerns.

Home Instead Senior Care’s National Office and its pilot office in Northwich took part in this year’s Best Companies Survey, scoring a BCI that placed the homecare brand in the elite 3 star tier in the ‘Michelin-style’ accreditation scheme.

Trevor Brocklebank, Chief Executive of Home Instead Senior Care, said: “We couldn’t deliver excellence in homecare without having excellence in the workplace. Successful companies demonstrate that they value, respect and empower their employees every day. We’re the only homecare provider in our Sunday Times 100 listing. Ranking in at 56 endorses the fact that we are simply the best at what we do.”

We have 145 carefully mapped territories available - with our National Office team ready to support franchisees at every step of the way as they join our franchise family.
