Maid2Clean Announce Franchisee Of the Year

11 August 2011

The number one domestic cleaning franchise has just announced the Franchisee of the Year for 2010/2011.

Bob Lambert who runs his own Maid2Clean in Beckenham has been voted franchisee of the year in recognition of innovation suggestions during the year.

Bob states: “We chose Maid2Clean because we were looking for a management franchise with a simple business model – something where the goal is to build up the business to a certain level and where semi-retirement would be possible.

Also we were looking for something where there was no “selling” involved and where there was no need for skilled staff.”

Bob has continued to grow the Maid2Clean brand in Beckenham and has strived to achieve the highest growth year on year.  “Now in our fourth year of trading, we are able to rent a serviced office and employ a full-time administrator to deal with all the day-to-day customer service, so we have already achieved our objective of semi-retirement from the business.”

Although Bob has now been able to step down from the administrator role and take semi-retirement, he now still grows the business to achieve his objectives of a high paying residual income business.

“Our longer-term objective is to build each of our two territories up to the VAT threshold, thereby producing a gross annual turnover of around £135,000 and an estimated net profit of around £75,000 – without working!”

Hopefully 2011 will be just as promising for Bob and he will continue to contribute his ideas to making the business successful and strive to achieve the highest profits within his own Maid2Clean franchise.
