A quality home care provider is breaking records for Franchisee Satisfaction.

Right at Home has now twice scored the highest-ever results for a company of its size in a cross-industry survey of UK franchise owners.

Compiled by franchise research organisation Smith & Henderson, the annual survey is an independent and confidential industry-wide benchmarking programme of franchisee satisfaction.

Business owners from the UK’s leading brands were invited to rate the training and support provided by their franchisor, the franchise system and their overall franchise ownership experience.   

A top mark went to Right at Home, whose owners once again unequivocally backed their franchisor with a 95% score that broke the records for franchisee satisfaction in the main £75k+ investment category.

Two years ago the company, which helps vulnerable people to live happily and independently in their own homes, achieved the same outcome with a score of 97% in the Growing Franchise category.

Its outstanding results have led to Right at Home receiving ‘Five Star Franchise’ status this year, and becoming a Best Franchise Award finalist after just three years of franchising in the UK.

Now also a full bfa member, and winner of the bfa Emerging Franchisor Award 2014, Right at Home is receiving growing recognition of the systems, support and stewardship that it offers to local owners.

Driving the UK growth with very hands-on support is master franchisor Ken Deary; himself a former British Franchise Association Franchisee of the Year and McDonalds Golden Arches Award winner.
