Quality Recognition for UK’s Leading Dog Sitters

Barking Mad Dog Care has achieved ISO 9001 certification, in a first for the dog sitting industry! This is a huge achievement which demonstrates the effectiveness of our quality management system and our capability of satisfying the rigors of an external, independent audit.

The ISO 9001 standard provides the assurance that the organisation can demonstrate compliance with proven business practices and appropriate standards. Certification proves commitment and the right attitude to providing a high level of customer satisfaction and willingness to improve efficiency.

Helen Shaw (Barking Mad Head Office and lead support on the project) said,

“The process leading to ISO 9001 certification has been extensive and to achieve accreditation with zero non-conformances is a huge pat on the back, which confirms the high quality service we offer to our franchise network and their customers. Maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality systems will be a continual process which will allow us to retain the high quality of support we offer and grow together with our franchise network.”
