My Business partner and I purchased an existing Belvoir on the March of 2015.  The Belvoir in Brighton and Hove had been running for approximately four years prior to our acquisition.  Being an up and running business this was not only a fantastic opportunity, but also a huge challenge to walk into and continue the operation and excellence service the previous franchise owners had been delivering.

Both myself and Wai had had no previous experience in the industry, just our experience renting out our own properties.  This is where the support, guidance and knowledge from central office became integral into the success and growth of our business.  In the early stages, the patience, support and reassurance we received, gave us the confidence, belief and vigour to keep going through the challenges and achieve the successes that have come our way.

Through emails, phone calls and visits, there was never a problem where we were left to our devices.  No matter how big or small, everyone at central office gave us the time to discuss and talk through any problem and also help celebrate the successes.  Due to the support we had, after six months we took on another acquisition by purchasing a local lettings agency.  This would not have been possible without the support we had.  We knew, no matter the challenges, we would not be facing them on our own. 

The pride we have in our own business, is reflected by everyone throughout Belvoir.  The personal relationships we have built up with our business development manager, along with everyone else at Belvoir, means we feel comfortable no matter the circumstances.  Whether it is a business matter, or just a chat to update on how things are going, we are never made to feel an inconvenience.  We would not have had the successes, or made it through the challenging times without the team at central office.  Both myself and Wai, would highly recommend Belvoir as a franchise opportunity.  We have achieved more than we expected in a shorter period of time and look forward to many more years building our business and growing the Belvoir Brand.
