Academy drives trio of ERA franchisees into top 25 in 18 months

The outstanding performance of three of our franchise partners is sending waves of excitement through the whole network at Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA)

Already boasting the highest consulting revenue of any UK procurement franchise, ERA partners have enjoyed an impressive 64% increase in sales over the past 5 years. Yet the performance of Andy Beer, Simon Webb and Chris Wardle has surpassed all previous records. The trio of hotshots have completely embraced the ERA business model, driving performance that has ranked them amongst the top 25 ERA partners on ‘Sales Performance’ KPI’s within just 18 months.

Combining their own unique skillsets with hard work and tenacity, together with constant support from the ERA Academy, our latest success stories are providing an abundance of inspiration for other franchise partners across the UK.

“Academy support begins immediately after partners sign their franchise agreement - well before the initial 5 week training course - and continues on through the business start up phase” said ERA Academy Manager Dan Ireland. “These three partners in particular have made full use of everything that ERA make available, and the results are there for everyone to see.”

Chris Wardle commented “One of the selling points for me for joining ERA was buying into a business model that works.  The training package and ongoing support from the academy have been of immense value and I look forward to growing my business over the coming years.”

Head of Operations Paul Lewis also paid tribute to the latest Academy hotshots and the ongoing business training they’ve received. “I don’t think any of them could have done it without the support from Dan and the Head Office team,” said Lewis. “ERA’s strategic guidance has helped keep their businesses moving forward, and is the kind of foundation that just isn’t available if you become self employed on your own.”

Due to their exceptional performance, Andy, Simon and Chris are now moving on from the Academy support structure to receive ongoing professional development assistance from the Head Office team. They will also become part of ERA’s ‘New Business Group’, which is used to trial new services, promote best practice and provide franchise partner mentoring.
