Peter lives in Bognor Regis Hampshire with his wife and children.  He’s launching in Bognor Regis this month after first making contact with Premier Sport a year ago. Peter attended a Discovery Day in March after receiving regular communications from the Head Office marketing team and hearing about the ongoing growth of the Premier Sport network.

Peter has had varied and successful career spread across a number of sectors.  For 14 years he held management positions in the leisure centre management arena.  He has worked both in the private and public leisure sectors.  In addition, he has also achieved sales success in the competitive fitness market.  More recently he has enjoyed success running his own business in the recruitment sector whereby he has recruited, resourced and placed candidates in civil engineering contracts with large blue chip companies.  

Peter has now taken the opportunity to pursue his passion and embark on a new career with Premier Sport.  His passion for getting children active comes through his experience of being a swimming coach, by witnessing the lack of high quality, professional sport and physical activity coaching in local primary schools.  Peter recognises that there is no better time to get involved as he wishes to seize the opportunity to build a business given the current buoyant market conditions post Government sport funding.

Peter was enthused following his attendance at the recent three day sales and product orientation training course in Derby as part of his induction, delivered by James Jennison.  Peter commented that he now can’t wait to launch his business as there is a huge opportunity to make a successful business.  He also commented that the course was great as it provided good sound practical advice and provided the detail to back up the theory he had read prior to the course.  It also posed lots of questions for him to now go off and find the answers as he builds his knowledge of Premier Sport. 

In addition, Peter found that meeting other new starter franchisees on the course  in the same position as him was great as they could share their experiences to date and also look to forming friendships as they go forward.
