Mark Goldsack, Concept Building Solutions franchisee

Mark Goldsack is a new addition to the Concept Building Solutions franchise network but he has not let grass grow under his feet.  Concept, the highly successful franchise based on providing building claim management services to domestic policy holders has recently benefitted from one of its highest growth periods in its 10 year history.

Although Mark was awarded his franchise operating Concepts Cambridge territory only a few months ago already he is very busy on all fronts. Having successfully launched the core services of claim management for domestic policy holders he has also established service agreements with local/regional insurance brokers and is operational within the group services of Retail installations of bathrooms and private works with some individual jobs already booked at £30,000 plus.

Mark recently told a colleague that when starting a new business he had expected to have to work hard but he had not quite expected the business to get off to such a flying start. There is not always been enough hours in the day to keep up and even finding the time to send out invoices for completed work has been a challenge.  Mark is already moving to the next phase of his business plan with a view to engaging back office support to free up more of his time to allow him to work on the business not just in the business.

Mark is already that confident that he has made the right choice in selecting Concept as his chosen franchisor that he has decided to take on the challenge of purchasing a further two territories allowing the establishment of a major business operation.
