The Fit4less franchise has been voted the ‘Best Budget Gym Chain’ in the UK, scooping the award at the 4th Annual Members’ Choice Health Club Awards.
The accolade is particularly significant as the Members’ Choice Health Club Awards are the only industry awards to be voted for by the people who use health club facilities on a daily basis – the members.
The awards measure quality of customer service, facilities and value for money and are awarded on both a regional and national basis across three categories – Budget, Mid-Market and Premium clubs.
Fit4less’ success at the awards is a reflection of how much members appreciate the simplicity of the Fit4less model - a top-quality gym that provides exceptional value for money.
‘Best Budget Gym Chain’ wasn’t the only award that Fit4less picked up on the night. The Fit4less clubs in Dundee Hilltown, Hartlepool, Lisburn, Cricklewood and Chesham all received the ‘Gold Award’ for their respective regions, whilst Fit4less Dundee Douglas and Fit4less Harlow picked up silver in theirs. Fit4less Chesham also landed the coveted Grand Prix award for outstanding customer service to members.
Fitzroy Reid, Sales Manager at Fit4less Kilburn received the ‘Peoples Award’, which recognises the efforts of individual members of staff who have been integral to the customer experience.
Fit4less landed a total of 10 awards on the evening, rounding off a very fulfilling and rewarding evening for the brand.
Whilst Fit4less dominated the Budget Club category it was another énergie brand – énergie fitness for women who stormed theirs winning a total of 13 awards in the Mid-Market category, the most significant of these being ‘Best National Chain in the UK’.
