Ovenclean Calorie Condenser to Revolutionise Cooking!

02 April 2013

Robin Auld, Marketing Director for Ovenclean, has today announced an innovation that could forever change the way we look at food, and leave serial dieters rejoicing.

Although primarily known for their professional oven cleaning service, Robin revealed that Ovenclean invest significant time and resources to the improvement of general oven efficiency. It is through this research that the Ovenclean team have developed the revolutionary new ‘Polar Foil’.

Amazingly, the Polar Foil can actually reduce the calorific content of any food cooked in the oven by up to 15%. Mr Auld expanded on the breakthrough of this new technology:

‘By acting as a filter, the Polar Foil can substantially reduce calorie content by an amazing 5-15%, depending on the size of the item and the duration of cooking, without impacting on the flavour or texture at all!’

Ovenclean say that exhaustive tests have proved the technology to be completely safe, and independent taste tests confirmed that Polar Foil treated food is indistinguishable from that cooked in a standard oven.

Ovenclean technical expert David Anthony explained the science behind the innovation:

‘We have taken microwave technology and expanded it, causing some of the polarised molecules to be released during the cooking process, thus releasing energy and causing the reduction of calories in Polar Foil treated food.’

Unsurprisingly, Ovenclean have been bombarded with offers from slimming companies and oven manufacturers alike, but Robin claims the technology will initially only be available to the loyal customers of Ovenclean.

‘Obviously we’ve had a lot of interest from various marketplaces, but our interest in developing this technology was always to improve the cooking experience for our clients. Who knows what will happen in the future, but I can promise that our Ovenclean customers will have absolute priority on the release of the Polar Foil.’
