New Franchisee Made To Feel Right At Home

New franchisee, Mark Beeby, has praised Right at Home for the excellent help and support it has given him since he started in June 2014.

Mark, who has a background in marketing and construction, only took over the South Trafford franchise, Manchester, four months ago but already feels like he is heading for success.

“I was attracted to Right at Home for two main reasons. Firstly, the company seemed excellent to me, I was extremely impressed with what it had to offer and in particular Ken Deary (Right at Home UK managing director). It is a genuine company with real ethics, which is vital when working in this sector. The training, back-up and support has been exceptional so far, and I really feel like I have been given every chance to succeed.

“Secondly, it is a huge market with real growth possibilities. This is a service everyone will need as old age catches up on us all, so the scope for building a successful business is huge. I also love that it is customer orientated, you are helping people and serving their needs and to be a success you have to do this well. So if they are happy, you’re happy as you are doing your job well and reaping the financial rewards that come with it.

“I have a small team of carers, who I am very happy with. Finding good quality staff can be difficult, as you need to find the right ones as they are absolutely key to achieving success. You get a lot of applicants but a lot of them don’t understand fully what the job involves.

Mark adds: “I could not be happier so far, and am really looking forward to what the future holds - as with a lot of hard-work, and the Right at Home team behind me, I’m sure I can achieve my goals.”
