This month we welcome new franchise owner, Simon Luget, to the Betterclean network.
As part of his extensive research into commercial cleaning franchises, Simon came across the Betterclean opportunity last November – and it didn’t take him long to make his choice. In fact, after making his enquiry in the same month, he had paid his initial deposit by mid-January, and that includes a break for the Christmas holidays!
Simon explains what attracted him to the Betterclean opportunity:
“During my research, I came across a number of cleaning franchises that offered what appeared on the surface to be very similar business opportunities. On digging deeper with each one I found that none of them provide the actual business owner role they promote. When I came across Betterclean it was the opposite story and the deeper I dug the more I liked! Apart from the actual business model, it was the tailored support and guidance that Dan, Mike and the head office team offer that swung it for me. It’s clear that they take their responsibility to new franchise owners very seriously.”
Simon has purchased the Maidstone, Kent territory, and he’ll be able to get to work building his new business as soon as he completes his initial training this month.
All new Betterclean owners are provided with a comprehensive training programme, delivered as a three-stage process; initially at our training centre and out on-location in our head office territory. Training is then delivered in the new owner’s territory and through a range of channels including network days, regular telephone mentoring and further in-territory trips.
On top of this ongoing support, all franchise owners are provided with BLISS, a cloud based business management system helping ensure the efficient running of their business, a marketing launch programme to raise awareness, products and equipment, and training for their key staff as they build their own management teams.
With all this in place, Betterclean has done everything in its power to ensure the best start for new franchise owners like Simon, helping them to achieve success on their own terms.
We look forward to hearing how Simon is getting on in the coming months.
