 "I have been through different industries at different levels but what I have learned is that it’s not important what you are doing, it is important HOW you are doing it. I put passion in everything that I have done or do, helping me to become a “better me” each time. Previously I created and grew my own Commercial cleaning company in Romania, and I am proud to say that thanks to the effort and the client relationships, the company is still running, just under other leadership."

• ·    What attracted you to the franchise

"Being part of a network and at the same time as being my own boss, while I can have more time to spend with my family, but also to work under my own standards. Not being pressured to get a job done in a robotic way will give me a much greater satisfaction of achievement and a job well-done.

 

After looking into different franchise models, I felt that Betterclean was the best choice, their focus being exactly on what I was looking for. After meeting with Mike and Dan seeing their way of thinking and communication, their knowledge and passion give me a great feeling that I made the right choice and that I am already part of the company."

"I would like to become the local choice in terms of commercial cleaning. With Betterclean I know I can achieve greater things developing my skills in cleaning and helping my customers with this service, but also understanding their needs. I truly believe communication is the key for everything, this is what I am looking forward to: great communication with my customers and their satisfaction when the job is done.

My vision for the future of my business is to make sure my customers and employees are happy and to build solid relationship with suppliers."

"About me, I would like to think I am a dreamer and a man of many skills. One of my greater passions is working with wood, creating bespoke furniture. I am also a father and enjoy a good barbeque with family and friends or just watching a movie with my partner.
