East-Midlands-based Paul Millican joined the Auditel Cost Management Franchise last November. His previous industry background has always been in process improvement and cost management. He started his career in engineering, including working for Nissan Motor Manufacturing.  Paul provided industrial engineering support for the successful launch and on-going development of the new Primera and Micra models, before moving into various manufacturing management roles. For the last 10 years, he has been running his own Cost Management business.

Paul recalls: “I’ve known about Auditel for about 10 years and I guess I’ve been in Cost Management for about 10 years as well. So when I decided to start looking at franchises, Auditel was certainly on the list of those to look at. They quickly appeared on the short list!”

Asked about the training, Paul replied: “‘Challenging, thought provoking, excellent! It has well surpassed expectations, both in the content, but also in the demands on myself.  It’s opened my eyes to a lot and it’s also taught me a lot that I had probably forgotten. I guess now, it’s really a case of putting that into practice. I’m certainly excited about starting out on Monday morning!”

Paul believes that his own background and experience in Cost Management, together with Auditel’s comprehensive training and support, will prove invaluable in obtaining clients and providing them with a top quality service. He has already achieved success in the marketplace and is actively pursuing a number of promising leads.
