Sandler Training has introduced a suite of client-facing, live streaming webinars to enhance their franchisees’ businesses, providing additional centralised services to each franchisee’s local sales training programmes.
The virtual training initiative, delivered by senior figures within Sandler’s US team, means franchisees can offer extra courses to their clients without the intensive investment of time and money required to set up live content streaming themselves. The courses are designed to augment the training that Sandler franchisees provide to sales teams and managers.
Four webinars have been launched: Sales Mastery, delivered by renowned trainer Gregg Kessler; Sandler Management Solutions; Sandler Enterprise Selling, delivered by VP Brian Sullivan; and The Coach’s Playbook. They take place every Monday morning in rotation, with recordings available to clients for seven days after each event. Franchisees and their staff have full access to the streaming content, adding to their own personal training and development.
