With the aim of developing a new model that reduces working capital requirements and focuses on trading from the start of the business the owner of Lastminute Care & Nursing launched the Pilot Scheme in the North-West area in 2015. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in operating Recruitment Businesses in the Care Sector over the last 12 years, they were able to develop a unique system that has even surpassed their own expectations.
In only 12 month’s time and with less than £500 working capital Lastminute Care & Nursing have achieved £1M turnover in their first year of trading. Now that is something to be proud of indeed, and it just keeps getting better, moving forward expanding and developing a fantastic reputation.
