Knowledge is power

09 March 2017

As Suit the City enter their tenth year they are proud that their pre-occupation with attention to detail is paying off.

“I realise that we are a bit obsessive when it comes to preparing our franchisees to meet their clients, but we have spent ten years building a strong reputation and we know that clients respect our expertise and advice”, says Managing Director, Carol Rawson. Sallie Belton, Technical Director adds “People assume that when they join the franchise they will be given a tape measure and left to get on with it. They couldn’t be further from the truth. Franchisees are taught to measure using our ‘master model’ system, they visit the mills to see how cloth is made and we give them training on everything from styling to colour. We even visit clients with them when they first start out.”

When testimonials come in like this one, Suit the City know that they are getting it just right. “It was immediately obvious that Tony is an expert in tailoring and has a lifetime of experience as well as formal training.  He has an eye for client’s requirements and covered a number of areas that the layman would not even be aware of.  He has a huge range of options, accessories and I received excellent service.  The level of detail was great and he fully understands ‘giving clients what they want and more’.   I would happily recommend Tony to friends and colleagues.”

As they say, Knowledge is power.
