Papa John’s Franchisee Plans to Profit from Pizza in Aldridge

13 September 2016

Leading pizza franchise, Papa John’s, has announced franchisee Harry Johal has opened the company’s newest store in Aldridge in the West Midlands.

Harry who opened his first Papa John’s in Walsall only last summer, is aiming to profit from pizza with the new launch and has a goal to run a total of four outlets in the Midlands over the next couple of years.

“Before joining Papa John’s as a franchisee, I worked as a store manager for a rival pizza firm for six years,” explains Harry.  “However, Papa John’s pizza is simply better than the competition!  The quality product made only using the freshest ingredients for a better natural flavour, plus great service is a winning combination.  Papa John’s is number one and this made my choice very simple!

“I run our Wallsall store with the help of my partner Sannie plus our dedicated team,” confirms Harry.  “We’ve done so well that we’ve been able to plough the profits from our pizza into taking on almost 20 new local staff and opening-up in Aldridge.  We have also been lucky enough to take advantage of a special Papa John’s incentive scheme designed to help franchisees when starting up.  The incentive scheme has been a great help: the free equipment package, marketing support and royalty breaks were a deciding factor in opening the second store.

“When it comes to expansion we believe that leading with quality is key,” confirms Harry.  “Last year we participated in a Papa John’s pizza making competition at head office.  Four of our best pizza makers were required to create six pizzas to perfection and out of the whole of the UK we won!  It was a great moment and it has motivated the team and inspired us to expand further, now offering officially the best pizza in town to the local residents of Aldridge.”
