Leading pizza franchise, Papa John’s, has announced it has opened in Denton, Manchester.  This is the fifth store to be run by franchisee Amit Abhol (Rana), who has outlined plans to open 20 Papa John’s by 2020.   

Rana who joined Papa John’s in June 2017 explains: “Previously I was employed at a rival firm, based out of Northern Ireland, where I worked my way up from taking phone orders to regional operations director over 15 years.  Although all training is provided by Papa John’s, my former experience has been important to ensure the rapid expansion of my own portfolio of stores. 

“One of the lessons I have learned over the years, is that pizza is really a people business.  Providing a good structure and procedures and working to enable and motivate staff are all key to running a successful enterprise.  As a result, we are heavily focused on training and developing staff to ensure our goals are aligned, namely, to provide the best pizza and service possible in line with Papa John’s: “BETTER INGREDIENTS.
