Sarah was a drama and English teacher, but decided to pursue her interest in property and joined Sourced Network franchise, to benefit from the training and support structure. Fast-forward to today, she is converting this former guest house into 3 self-contained serviced accommodation apartments. The property is located in the seaside town of Scarborough, known as a hotspot for visitors, especially during the warmer months. This is Sarah’s second project with Sourced, and both were funded via Sourced Capital, Sourced’s in-house funding facility. Watch the video to find out more!
