We are excited to announce newcomer franchisee Kelley Malcher to the Refresh Renovations team! Kelley joined us in September and is up and running, catering to the homeowners of Surrey suburbs and beyond.
After coming across the Refresh franchise model through online research, Kelley decided now was her time, “I wanted to have my own company, and I loved the idea of a Franchise. Refresh was one of a few franchise options, but I liked the potential scale and variety that Refresh could give,” she explains. Realising that among other benefits, the scale of marketing and support from the Refresh franchise network was of such a high quality, it was time for her to take the leap.
Kelley is loving the process so far, admitting it has been a learning curve but one that she is really enjoying, she says, “Every day is different, and I don't foresee that ever changing.”
Kelley gained a wealth of experience managing large teams and sophisticated projects in her previous role as Lead Product Manager for a global media organisation. Having renovated three of her own properties, Kelley truly understands the twists and turns renovation clients can face. As a result, she is passionately dedicated to providing the highest level of service through her project management skills and attention to detail.
In addition to her project management qualifications and experience, Kelley has a range of other skills and qualifications, including a BSc in Human Biology and an MSc in Air Transport Safety Management. In her spare time, Kelley loves to fly and has held her Private Pilot’s Licence for almost 20 years, initially learning in Norwich, where she’s originally from. Now a Refresh Specialist, she has the know-how, skills and business management resources to help clients achieve their dream renovations on time and on budget, making sure her team delivers quality results.
Her predictions for the future? “At the moment I'm sinking all my energy into giving the business an early boost. I predict that this time next year, I’ll be able to have multiple projects and teams running all at once and my business will be recognised in the area with consistent referrals…”
