Plans to reach 1,000 franchisees by 2020

The Travel Franchise, the recruitment arm of the award-winning travel agency, Not Just Travel, has reported record sales for the month of May, with 18 new franchisees signed up in the last 18 days.

Paul Harrison, Co-founder of The Travel Franchise, comments: “May has been an amazing month and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome so many new franchisees to The Travel Franchise.

“The growth we are experiencing in May builds on what has already been a strong start to 2018 and we are seeing increasing interest from across the UK from prospective new franchisees. We hope to continue the momentum throughout 2018 as we grow our business, providing opportunities for many more entrepreneurial individuals who are keen to start their own businesses and join one of the UK’s fastest growing travel companies.”

With over 17 years’ experience in the travel industry, The Travel Franchise is a proven franchise model, with low-cost start up fees and over 600 franchisees recruited. Earlier this month, The Travel Franchise hosted a Discovery Day for prospective new franchisees in London. The day included inspirational keynote presentations from Co-founders, Steve Witt and Paul Harrison, as well as some of The Travel Franchise’s most successful franchisees. The event was extremely well attended, with many individuals signing up on the day.

The Travel Franchise Co-founder, Steve Witt adds: “The travel industry is an extremely exciting, fast-paced sector. From 1 June 2018, The Travel Franchise will be increasing the price of its franchise packages. The fee increases will be used to fund further investment in the packages and support the brand offers.

Paul Harrison adds: “We will also be changing the criteria for our Money Back Challenge, which offers every new franchisee the chance to earn their franchise fee back within their first year if they reach achieve achievable sales targets.

“So many of our franchisees are hitting the Challenge that we wanted to make it more challenging for them and help them to really focus on driving sales for their new businesses. The great news is that anyone who joins The Travel Franchise before 1 June will avoid the price increase and new Money Back Challenge criteria.”

Steve concludes: “We’ve had an amazing start to the year; but we’re not resting on our laurels. We want to offer even more people the opportunity to join our successful travel business and we’re looking to recruit 400 new franchisees over the next two years.
