Caremark (Stratford-upon-Avon) win contract with council and local NHS Care Commissioning Group

21 September 2016

Newly trading Stratford home care company, Caremark (Stratford-upon-Avon) is due to take over a large package of home care from a previous care organization.

The contract commissioned by Warwickshire County Council and local NHS Care Commissioners is due to start either late October or early November this year and will be for a period of 5 years, with a proposed 2 year roll on period.

The combined commissioning groups have awarded Caremark with approximately 500 hours of care provision per week delivering care at home with an option for greater uptake in the future and some provision of more intensive live-in care.

Caremark (Stratford-upon-Avon) is now recruiting for care and support workers to meet the forthcoming care packages.

Mr Amarjit Gill, Managing Director of Caremark (Stratford-upon-Avon) said: “We are delighted to be taking on this extra work and providing our personalized care service to our local community.

“The next weeks will be taken up with recruiting extra staff who are passionate about care and fit our requirements. It’s a job with extraordinary rewards but is not right for everyone, so we are always looking for those people who really want to make a difference to the people they care for.”

Caremark (Stratford-upon-Avon) is the newest of three offices owned and run by Mr Gill in the Midlands region, having an office in Solihull and an award winning office in Redditch.
